A family-run Connecticut towing and diesel repair shop. Brief: a website that looks like the truck out front — dark, useful, built for someone who needs a wrecker right now.
The brief
When someone needs you, they need you now.
D&L's old site was a tri-fold business card in HTML form. The phone number worked but nothing else did. Half the people who landed on it bounced before finding "tow."
The new build had to put the urgent action in the visitor's hand within three seconds: a tap-to-call button, a hours-today line, and a quote tool that didn't require typing a paragraph.

The old site said "call for hours." The new one shows the day-of-week table with the bay status, the dispatcher's status, and 24-hour tow status as three columns.
