02 · The brief
Two named technicians. That's the whole crew.
Jim founded Mastri Appliance in May 2013 after training with two of CT's most respected repair companies plus a year in NC with the #1 Whirlpool factory service company in the country. The site had to make that personal — no stock photos, no corporate hedging. Jim & Anthony are the only two faces. Their bios sit on the home page next to their actual stats.
Jim's phone (203) 892-2814 is hard-wired across every CTA, button, footer mention, and the sticky mobile bar — but it's pulled from Customizer so he can swap it in one place.
