02 · The brief
A site that sounds like George, not like a brochure.
George's business cards told the whole story — forest green + gold + brick red, hand-set type, no marketing-speak. The site had to match that voice: rugged craftsman aesthetic, big confident type, hero with a stat rail and a scrolling trades marquee, then 11 service pages with deep detail per trade.
One-shot installer baked in — gooden-setup.php activates the theme, creates all six pages with correct templates, sets Home as the front page, and seeds two sample blog posts. No manual setup, no broken permalinks.
